In-stock desktop and workshop machines usually ship within 3–7 working days. Industrial and powder-bed systems are built to order, with lead times of 4–10 weeks depending on the manufacturer and configuration.
We do. Most customers move to a scheduled supply agreement for filament, resin, powder and wear parts, which keeps pricing stable and avoids stock-outs during production runs.
All equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. We coordinate claims on your behalf, hold common spares, and provide remote technical support for installation, calibration and print-profile tuning.
We work with standard international terms — EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP — and settle in USD through DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice for each order.
