Comprehensive 3D Printing Equipment and Services

Specification, sourcing, logistics, commissioning and ongoing supply — the complete chain between a manufacturer's factory floor and yours.

Core services

What We Do for You

Equipment Specification

We translate a part into a machine specification: technology, build volume, chamber temperature, material compatibility and throughput.

  • Technology selection: FDM, SLA/DLP, SLS, SLM
  • Two to three costed options per enquiry
  • Trade-offs stated plainly, not hidden

Direct Sourcing

Equipment purchased directly from manufacturers and authorised channels, with original documentation and full manufacturer warranty.

  • 20+ manufacturer lines
  • Original certificates and serials
  • Bulk and fleet configurations

Logistics & Customs

Consolidated air and sea freight from Hong Kong, with export documentation, HS classification and insurance handled before dispatch.

  • EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP terms
  • Crating for sensitive equipment
  • Tracked shipments with ETA updates

Commissioning & Training

Installation guidance, calibration, first-article printing and operator onboarding so the machine produces acceptable parts from week one.

  • Remote or on-site commissioning
  • Slicer and print-profile setup
  • Operator and maintenance training

Materials Supply

Scheduled delivery of filament, resin, powder and wax under a fixed-price agreement, sized to your actual consumption.

  • Engineering and composite filaments
  • Dental, castable and tough resins
  • Batch traceability on request

Spares & Aftercare

Wear parts held for the platforms we supply, plus warranty coordination and technical support for the life of the equipment.

  • Nozzles, hotends, belts, build plates, filters
  • Warranty claims handled on your behalf
  • Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
Process

From First Enquiry to Steady Production

01

Enquiry & requirements

You send the part, the material requirement and the expected volume. We ask the questions a datasheet cannot answer — tolerances, surface finish, service temperature, certification needs.

02

Specification & quotation

Two or three configurations, each with landed cost, lead time and running-cost estimate. Typically within 48 hours of a complete brief.

03

Order & proforma

Terms confirmed in a proforma invoice. Settlement in USD through DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Production slot reserved with the manufacturer.

04

Shipping & customs

Consolidated freight with export documentation, HS codes and insurance prepared. Tracking and revised ETAs shared as the shipment moves.

05

Commissioning

Installation, calibration and first-article printing, remote or on-site. Operators trained on daily use and routine maintenance.

06

Ongoing supply

Scheduled materials and spares, warranty coordination and technical support as your production volume grows.

Technologies

Which Process Fits Your Part

A short orientation. If you are unsure, send us the part — that is faster than reading a comparison table.

Filament 3D printer producing parts
FDM / FFF

Filament extrusion

The workhorse. Best cost per part, widest material range, good for jigs, fixtures, housings and functional prototypes. Layer lines are visible; fine detail is limited by nozzle size.

Resin 3D printer with illuminated chamber
SLA / DLP / LCD

Photopolymer curing

Highest surface quality and finest detail. Ideal for dental, jewellery, casting patterns and small precision components. Requires washing and post-curing; parts are less tough than thermoplastics.

Enclosed industrial 3D printer
SLS / MJF

Polymer powder bed

No support structures, isotropic strength, excellent for complex geometries and small-series production in nylon. Higher machine cost, needs powder handling infrastructure.

Professional 3D printer with metal-look parts
SLM / DMLS

Metal laser melting

Fully dense metal parts in steel, titanium, aluminium and superalloys for aerospace, medical, energy and tooling. Project-based supply including installation and validation.
